I read a devotion a few weeks ago on the book of Proverbs from Tim Keller that I appreciated greatly. He made this observation: You can have knowledge without wisdom. Many people do. Just a little note here on the defense of the Bible. Some critics have argued that the writings of the New Testament “became” Scripture gradually. It was the result of a power play by men seeking power for themselves and these writings were a convenient way to get it through the levers of religion.
